Members of the Florida PFHA were very pleased by the new implementation of the Confepaso format and regulations.
Horses competed by age, which was a great advantage for the riders because they could compete 6 mares and 6 stallions in different categories.
For the first time, the Florida PFHA show in Miami, judges the pre-track with the International regulations of Confepaso, and the support was great, however some members and participants expressed their disagreement with this new format.
Due to the new regulations, the following are reasons as to why some horses could not compete:
1 Horse did not have the height.
2 Horses were disqualified for being indocile.
1 Horse with undescended testicle.
1 Lopsided horse.
1 Fronted horse.
1 Horse with dead tail.
The pre track judging was presided by MDV Dr. Francisco Londono, International pre track judge.
